Sporting Jobs are working on behalf of a leading football club in the Middle East to recruit a skilled and experienced Head Groundsperson. Our client is seeking a professional with extensive experience in maintaining world-class football pitches and leading a team of grounds staff.
The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of pitch maintenance, ensuring the playing surface is always in optimal condition. This role involves managing a team, coordinating with external contractors, and implementing innovative techniques to enhance pitch quality. You will work closely with the club’s operations team to ensure the stadium meets international standards for football matches.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the maintenance and preparation of football pitches

Our client is looking for a candidate with a deep understanding of turf science, excellent leadership skills, and experience in managing sports grounds. Previous experience working in the Middle East or other international environments is advantageous.
