Key Responsibilities:
Performance Analysis:

- Utilise data and technology to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the coaching staff.
Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation:

- Design and oversee injury prevention programs tailored to individual player needs.
- Collaborate with medical staff to manage injury rehabilitation and ensure optimal recovery.
Fitness and Conditioning:

- Plan and deliver fitness and conditioning programs to enhance player endurance, strength, and agility.
- Conduct regular fitness assessments and adjust training programs accordingly.
Research and Innovation:

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in sports science and integrate innovative practices into the club's programs.
- Conduct research projects to further the club's understanding of sports science and player development.
Collaboration and Communication:

Qualifications and Experience:
- A degree in Sport Science, Exercise Physiology, or a related field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
